Sales of goods and services

This document governs the sale of goods made available on our site.

The goods we offer include:

The properties linked to this document are the properties which are displayed on our site at the time you access it. This includes any products listed as out of stock. All the

information, descriptions or images that we provide about our goods are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product or service we provide. You agree to purchase such goods at your own risk.

Payments

We accept the following payment methods on this site:

• –  Bank card

• –  PayPal

• –   Direct debit

  When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

  If we believe your payment has violated any law or any of our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to cancel your transaction.

  Transport and delivery

  When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and acknowledge that you provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

  Refund

  Reimbursement of goods

  Refund requests can be made within 14 days of receipt

  of your property.

  Refunds do not apply to the following products/services:

  1. The vitalmobil must be returned in its original box, complete, in perfect condition and unused. If we notice any damage, no refund will be made.

Returns

Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:
Write an email indicating your surname, first name and reason for return: vitalmobil.fr@gmail.com

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a return confirmation email.

We undertake to reimburse you for the products returned once received and to check their condition. Indeed we only accept complete products, in their original packaging, unused. If we notice any damage, we will not be able to follow up on your return request and no refund will be made.

The refund is made by the same method of payment used to pay for the order: – Credit card used for payment of the order
– Paypal, the amount will be credited directly to your Paypal account

Warranties

1. 12 months warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover gradual wear and tear caused by intended use.

Limitation of Liability

Marie-Hélène Groc or one of its employees will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. Nevertheless, Marie-Hélène Groc and its employees will not be held responsible for any problem resulting from any irregular use of this site.

Allowance 

As a user, you hereby indemnify Marie-Hélène Groc from any and all liability, costs, causes of action, damages or expenses arising out of your use of this site or your breach of this one of the provisions set out in this document.

 

Applicable laws

This document is subject to the laws applicable in France and aims to comply with its necessary rules and regulations. This includes the EU-wide regulations set out in the GDPR.

Divisibility

If at any time any of the provisions set forth herein are held to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable law, such provisions shall be deemed void and shall be severed from this document. All other provisions will not be affected by law and the rest of the document will still be considered valid.

These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we run our site and the way we expect users to behave on our site. We recommend that our users check these terms and conditions from time to time to ensure that they are aware of any updates. If necessary, we will notify users by email of changes to these terms or we will post a notice on our site.
